Managing multiple sign-offs in bulk

From the Controls page, users can manage multiple cards in bulk. You can:

  • Sign off
  • Assign another reviewer. The reviewer is notified of the sign off by email.

Complete the following steps:

  1. From the Launchpad home page (www.highbond.com), select the Assessments app to open it.

If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Assessments app.

  2. Under My Activities, select Controls.
  3. Select Show bulk update. Cards that are available to sign off display.
  4. Select the filters to display the desired cards to sign off on. Select Reset to return the filters to the default. If you select a card, the filter is automatically applied.
  5. Perform any of the following actions:
    •  You can select Select All to select all the cards to sign off then select Update to confirm you reviewed the changes then select Update.
    • Select cards that display Preparer signed off by you then select Update. On the Update Controls panel, you can sign off or assign another reviewer. Select Update to confirm you reviewed the changes then select Update.

    • Select cards that display Waiting for Preparer Sign off then select Update. On the Update Controls panel, you can complete fields which may include dates, walkthroughs, control design, testing round, and so on. You will be able to sign off or assign another reviewer. Select Update to confirm you reviewed the changes then select Update.

    • Select cards that display No reviewer assigned then select Update. The next sign off in bulk mode is still achievable, along with setting the next reviewer. Assigning another reviewer can be done, and the card will transition to a status like Waiting for Detail Reviewer Sign-off: John Doe.

    Notes

    • If you see a Design Failure, expand the card and identify if the information is Designed Appropriately or correct the data and try the sign off again.
    • If the Unable to update items window displays, close the window then open the card to resolve the issue.
