Audit activity logging

The Head of Audit (with system admin rights) can download a record of the activities that users have made in Audit over the past month.

How it works

Audit keeps a log of the activities that users make to audits. If you're a System Admin, you can generate a .csv file containing those activities over the last month. When Diligent One is done generating the file, it sends you an email that you can then download to your computer.

Note

For security reasons, the link to download the activity log expires 30 minutes after you receive the email.

Generate and download an activity log

  1. From the Platform home home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Audit app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Audit app.

    Note

    Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

  2. In the left navigation panel, click Activity log.
  3. Select the Date range of up to 31 days.
  4. Click Export activity log. Diligent One generates your activity log file and sends you an email.
  5. Open your email and click the link. Your activity log downloads to your computer.
