Activity Center integration

As a result of its inclusion in the suite of applications on the Diligent One Platform and the integration with Activity Center, BoardEffect offers enhanced data visualization capabilities and data security for your sensitive information by never leaving the Diligent system. The integration utilizes existing BoardEffect datasets within Activity Center. The Activity Center app delivers predefined, live-data dashboards and the ability for you to manage the dashboard and associated reports using data from your datasets. BoardEffect Activity Center reports

As part of the integration of Activity Center with BoardEffect, there are five reports that are currently available to visualize and analyze your data. The following reports are available on the predefined BoardEffect dashboard:

• User Login Captures detailed login activity for all board members across both mobile and web devices.

• Term Information Provides a historical record of each board member’s service on the board.

• User Attendance Tracks board member attendance across scheduled meetings.

• Board Events Provides a detailed list of all scheduled board meetings and events, organized by workroom and event category.

• User Permissions Displays each board member’s application-level permissions within the platform.
