Activating a BoardEffect user
You can activate one or more inactive users at a time, so they can access their BoardEffect profile.

On the BoardEffect home page, select Site Settings, and select Manage Users.

On the Manage Users page, select the Inactive Users tab.

Search for the user's name that you want to activate.

Select the checkbox next to the user's name and select the Activate Users button.
