Creating a BoardEffect workroom administrator

The workroom administrator can oversee all activities in the workroom they are assigned, including creating news announcements, adding events, and managing users.

  1. On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Directory .

  2. To open a user's profile page, select their name.

  3. To change their permissions, select the arrow on the top left, and then select Set Permissions from the menu.

  4. From the Access and Permissions dialog box, select a workroom name to expand the section.

  5. To create a workroom administrator, select the Workroom Administrator checkbox.

  6. To customize their workroom permissions, select the checkbox next to one or multiple permissions in the Advanced Options section.

  7. To save your changes, select Save.
