Building a Meeting Book and making it visible
When your Meeting Book is complete, you can build it and generate an agenda. To collaborate further, make the Meeting book visible. Visible Meeting Books are available to any user with access to the workroom where the Book is saved. When Meeting Books are hidden, they are only available to the Administrators with access to the workroom. This topic describes how to build a meeting book and change the visibility settings.

To open your Meeting Book, select the Title.

To build your Meeting Book, you must first upload one or more documents, then select Build Book
on the top right of the page.

To mark the Book as visible, enable the Book Not Visible option on the top right of the page. The option is grey to indicate the Meeting Book is hidden.

To hide the Meeting Book, select the Book Is Visible option on the top right of the page. The option is green to indicate the Book is visible.

You can quickly change the visibility of a Meeting Book that's saved in a workroom. View the Meeting Book card, and then select "Not Visible" to hide the Book from workroom users. To make the Book visible, select Visible to Workroom.
