Copying and moving a Meeting Book

You can copy a Meeting Book, and then move it to a new workroom. When you copy the Meeting Book, you can change the title, modify the categories, attach new files, and assign it to new users. This topic describes how to copy and move a Meeting Book.

  1. To view your existing Meeting Books, navigate to a workroom, select the Library tab , and then select Meeting Books on top of the page.

  2. To copy a Meeting Book, select the arrow on the top right corner, and then select Copy from the menu.

    Note

    When you copy a Meeting Book with security, the Security settings from the original Book will be included in the copied version.

  3. By default, the Title field contains the original Meeting Book name with "- Copy" at the end. To update the name of your Meeting Book, select the "Title" field and enter a new name.

  4. To move the Meeting Book, select an option from the Move to menu on the right side of the Edit Meeting Book page.

    Note

    When you move a Meeting Book to a different workroom, you remove any attached Events.

  5. To modify the category names, move down the Edit Meeting Book page and select "Expand" next to a category name to view details. Select the arrow next to the Main Category or Subcategory name, and then select Rename/Edit Note from the menu.

  6. To attach a new file, use the drag-and-drop feature or select the click for more options link.

  7. To assign new contributors to the Meeting Book, select the arrow next to a Main Category name, and then select Manage Contributors from the menu.
