Creating a new workflow in a Meeting Book
You can create a new workflow to review the files and content in a Meeting Book before building it. This topic describes how to create a workflow.

Edit a Meeting Book by selecting the arrow on the top right of the card, and then select Edit from the menu.

Move down the Edit Meeting Book page to view the categories section. To view more details, click Expand.

Select the arrow next to a file name, and then select Add Approval Workflow from the menu.

From the Add Approval Workflow window, select Choose to create an approval tree. The following types of approval trees are available:
- Create Ordered Approval Tree: users must approve files in the order which they are assigned in the approval tree. The files are not visible until the previous user approves them.
- Create Unordered Approval Tree: users can approve files in any order. The files are visible to every user, regardless of whether other users approve them.
- Select from Template: users can approve and view files, according to a previously saved approval tree template.

You can assign users to the approval workflow, so they can review files. To add a group of users, select the User Categories tab, and then click the Add icon next to the group name.
To change the order of users in an Ordered Approval Tree, select and hold the Menu icon on the left side of their name, and then move the user above or below existing users.

To search for a specific user, select the People tab, and then enter their first and/or last name in the Search field. Select the Add icon next to their name to add the user to the workflow.
Note
You can only add users who are visible and have access to the workroom, including administrators and non-administrators.

To create a new workflow template, select Save as Template?.

After adding users, select Save.

To add a due date, select the Due Date (optional) field, and then select a date on the calendar.

To schedule a reminder date, select the Reminder Date (optional) field, and then select a date on the calendar. You can send a message to the assigned users on the reminder date.

Select Save.

From the Approval Workflow window, you can view a list of users and their approval status. To make changes to the workflow, select the arrow, and then select an option from the menu. Your changes will be saved.
