Send a message from a Meeting Book to approvers

You can send an email message to the users you assigned to an approval workflow. This topic describes how to send a message to workflow users.

  1. Edit a Meeting Book by selecting the arrow on the top right of the card, and then select Edit from the menu.

  2. Move down the Edit Meeting Book page to view the categories section. To view more details, click Expand.

  3. To view the Approval Workflow modal, select the arrow next to a file name, and then select View/Edit Approval Workflow from the menu.

  4. To send a message, select the arrow on the top left of the modal and select Message Approvers from the menu.

  5. The Send A Message dialog box includes several options to customize your message.

  6. The users assigned to the workflow are automatically listed in the To: field.

  7. To change the subject of your message, select the Subject field and enter a new subject.

  8. To update the message, select the Message field and enter a new message. You can also copy and paste text.

  9. To customize the style of your email message, use the menu above the Message field to update the font style, modify the text color, and add links.

  10. To send the message, select Send.
