Standard font recommendations for Meeting Books
This topic includes a list of standard fonts that BoardEffect supports. We recommend using standard fonts in the agendas and/or attachments you add to a Meeting Book, so the content renders correctly when you build the Book.
If your font is not included in the list of standard fonts, email our Support team (support@boardeffect.com) and request to add a custom font. Include the following in your email message:
- A TrueType (.ttf) or Open Type (.otf) font. To identify the type of font, right click the file name, and then select Properties.
- An editable or installable version of the font file. The Font Embeddability property must be set to "Editable" or "Installable" before we can install it. To check the embedding permission settings, right-click the file name, select Properties, and then go to the "Details" tab.
- A statement that grants BoardEffect/Diligent permission to install the font.
- A test document with the custom font, so we can confirm whether it was installed correctly.
Note
Once installed, custom fonts will not be added to the list of standard fonts, below, since they are not public domain.
