Disclaimer
You can add a disclaimer notice that appears when users sign in to BoardEffect. In addition to creating the disclaimer message, you can schedule the disclaimer recurrence. This topic describes how to to add a disclaimer notice and schedule the recurrence.

On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

Select Security Summary from the list of options.

To add a disclaimer, select the Disclaimer tab.

Select the checkbox next to Enable Disclaimer, and then enter your message in the field below.

To schedule a disclaimer recurrence, highlight the number in the Recur field and then enter a new number of days. You can adjust the number of days by selecting the Add or Remove icons next to the field.

To save your changes, select Save.
Note
The disclaimer recurs based on when the user accepted it. For example, if they accept the disclaimer at 2:59:00 PM, then it will recur at 2:59:00 PM. Each time you edit the content or recurrence, users are required to acknowledge the disclaimer.
