Attendance report
Use the Attendance report to view the number of events a user has attended and missed. This topic describes how to access and export the Attendance report.

On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

Select Reports from the list of options.

To access the Attendance report, select Attendance.

By default, a list of attendees is displayed. You can view the number of events each attendee was Present and the number of events which the attendee was Absent. Use the Attendance % to identify the average number of events each user attends.

To filter the list, select from the following filters, and then select Filter:

Grouped Workrooms

Ungrouped Workrooms
-
User Category
-
User
-
Event/Meeting
-
Event Category
-
Date
You can select multiple filters and apply them to the user list.

To export the report as an Adobe PDF file, select Generate PDF file on the bottom right of the page.

To export the report as a Microsoft Excel file, select Generate Excel file.
Note
When you export the Attendance report, the file includes every attendee, including the users whose account may have been deactivated after the Event.

Select Download Report in the window that appears.
