Enable Touch ID or Face ID

When you enable biometric support, users can access BoardEffect on a tablet or mobile device with their Touch ID or Face ID.

Note

Touch ID is only available on the Board Effect app version 6.0 or later and for iOS Apple mobile devices.

  1. On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

  2. Select Mobile Devices from the list of options.

  3. To enforce mobile security settings, select Advanced on the top right.

  4. To enable Touch ID or Face ID, select the checkbox next to Enable Biometric Support.

  5. To save your changes, select Save.
