Term Information report

Use the Term Information report to view details about users with a term. This topic describes how to access and export the Term Information report.

  1. On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

  2. Select Reports from the list of options.

  3. To access the Term Information report, select Term Information.

  4. By default, a list of the users with a term are displayed. You can view their Workroom, Start Date, End Date, Term Number, and Officer Role.

  5. To filter the list, select from the following filters, and then select Filter.

    • Grouped Workrooms

    • Ungrouped Workrooms

    • Term Number

    • Officer Role

    • Custom Fields

    • Term Info

    • Date

    • Range

    You can select multiple filters and apply them to the user list.

  6. To export the report as an Adobe PDF file, select Generate PDF file on the bottom right of the page.

  7. To export the report as a Microsoft Excel file, select Generate Excel file.

  8. Select Download Report in the window that appears.
