Archiving and deleting schedulers, polls, surveys, discussions, and tasks in a BoardEffect workroom
You can archive collaboration projects, including surveys, polls, and discussions, to preserve historic information. Recover the projects to access the materials again. While not recommended, you can also permanently delete a project. This topic explains how to archive, restore, and delete your projects.
Archive a project
When you archive a scheduler, poll, survey, discussion, or task, the historical information is still available for reference.

To view your projects, select a workroom, and then select the Collaborate tab
.

Select the type of project, such as Surveys, on top of the page.

To archive a project, select the arrow on the right, and then select Archive from the menu.

To view your archived projects, select Archives.

To restore an archived project, select the arrow on the right, and then select Restore from the menu.
Delete a project
When you delete a scheduler, poll, survey, discussion, or task, it is permanently removed from BoardEffect, and you cannot recover it.

First, open the Collaborate page, then select the arrow on the right side of a project. To delete the project, select Delete from the menu.

To confirm, select Continue in the Are you sure? dialog box.
