Getting Started with BoardEffect
The BoardEffect site lets you access your board materials from any web-connected device, via a web interface. You can create a new meeting, collaborate with board members, and update your profile information.
You can access your organization's BoardEffect site on the web after your system administrator has created your account.
Your organization's BoardEffect domain
To access the sign-in page for BoardEffect, you need the domain, also called the URL or web address, specific to your organization.
Note
If you do not know your organization's specific domain, contact your system administrator.
Web browser or computer
Your BoardEffect domain is chosen by your organization and appears in the following format: "yourorganization.boardeffect.com".
Mobile device
Use the same URL when you are authorizing your account on the BoardEffect mobile application, for example use "sample.boardeffect.highbond.com".
Sign in to BoardEffect

Enter your BoardEffect address https://[yourorganization].boardeffect.com.at the top of your Internet browser to reach the Diligent One (previously HighBond) log in page.
The sign-in page displays.
Note
Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer or older versions of Edge, cannot be used to access the BoardEffect application.

Enter your email address.

Enter your password.
4. Select Sign In.
Note
If your organization uses two-factor authentication, your sign-in workflow differs slightly. After you enter your username and password, you are taken to a secondary screen to enter your verification code to continue signing in.
BoardEffect home page
The BoardEffect home page gives you a consolidated view of all your current board-related information. From the home page, you can access consolidated views of online books, the member directory, messaging, and approvals, or go directly to a workroom for detailed work.
