Authorizing your device

Device Authorization is an advanced security feature used to ensure only approved devices can access board materials. If your site Administrator has enabled this feature, you will need to have your iPad or iPhone authorized before using Diligent Messenger.

  1. Sign in to Diligent Messenger.

    A Device Authorization window opens.

  2. Select Call Support.

    A list of Global Support Numbers appears.

    • If using an iPhone, select your regional number to initiate the call.

    • If using an iPad, call your regional number on a phone.

    The Diligent Global Support representative will verify your identity via your security questions.

  3. To return to the Device Authorization window, select Done.

  4. When directed to do so, select Request PIN.

  5. Enter the PIN into the Enter PIN field.

  6. Select Submit.

Your device is now authorized, and Diligent Messenger opens. You will be able to access the app without a PIN during subsequent sign ins.
