Managing conversation lists
Like any other messaging service you may have lots of groups and conversations in your list. You can organize your conversations by hiding and filtering them.
Note
Hidden conversations and groups will be unhidden automatically when a new message is sent.
Filter a conversation
You can filter conversations to narrow your view to specific messages based on your selected criteria. Filters can be adjusted or removed at any time to change what you see.

Select the Conversation icon
to open the list of conversations. -
To apply a filter to the conversation, select the arrow next to All.
A dropdown menu appears with a list of filter options:
Visible filters for all your conversations that are not hidden.
Unread filters for all conversations that have messages yet to be opened and read.
Tagged filters for all conversations where you have been tagged in a message.
Hidden filters for conversations that have been hidden.
Hide a group or conversation
You can hide a conversation or group when you no longer want to see it in your list. The conversation or group will reappear when a new message is sent to that conversation.

Select the conversation icon
and select the group or conversation you want to hide. -
Press and slide the conversation to the left.
Two options appear.

Select the hide icon
.The conversation is removed from your list until a new message is sent to the conversation, when it will reappear on your list.
Mute a conversation
You can mute a conversation or group when you don't want to receive new message notifications.

Select the conversation icon
and select the group or conversation you want to mute. -
Press and slide the conversation to the left.
Two options appear.

Select the mute icon

Until the mute option is removed you will not receive notifications of new messages to the conversation, but the badge indicating new messages will display.

To remove the mute, slide a muted conversation to the left with your finger and select the unmute icon.
