Print a Meeting Book

You can print files, documents, and other materials in a Meeting Book to review them offline. This topic describes how to print meeting materials using the Meeting Book Viewer.

  1. To open a Meeting Book, go to the relevant workroom Library , and then select the title of a meeting book.

  2. To access the Viewer, select Meeting Book Viewer.
  3. To print one or all of the pages in the Meeting Book, first select the menu icon on the top right, and then select Print. A dialog displays holding several printing options.

  4. Select one of the following options:

    • All: Print every page in the meeting book.

    • Current Page: Print the page you have selected.

    • Current View: Print the page you are viewing.

    • Range: E nter individual page numbers, separated by a comma, or enter a page range.

  5. To print the comments, select Include Comments.

  6. To print the annotations, select Include Annotations.

  7. To update the quality of the images or text on the pages, select an option on the Print Quality menu.

  8. Select Add Watermark to add a watermark to each page.

  9. To begin printing, select Print. The Print dialog displays.

  10. Select the document preferences on the dialog. For example, to save the agenda as an Adobe PDF document, select Destination, and then select Save as PDF.

  11. Select Save to finish printing the meeting materials.
