Subscribe to BoardEffect events using an external calendar
When you subscribe to events in BoardEffect, you sync the Upcoming Events with your external calendars in, for example, Outlook, iCalendar, or Google. After you are subscribed, all future events and updates will sync automatically.
Note
This feature must be first enabled by system administrators in Site Settings | Event Settings on the web-based platform.

On the main display area of the BoardEffect home page, navigate to the My Upcoming Events section.

Select the Export dropdown menu on the right.

The Open Calendar and Export options display on the My Upcoming Events card even when there is no future event that you need to review.

Select Subscribe. Subscribe to your Events dialog opens.

Select the copy link icon on the right of the URL address bar. Next, ?open your preferred calendar's account settings, for example, Outlook, and add this link in the relevant section to subscribe to current and future events.
