RSVP to an event from the BoardEffect home page

You can RSVP to events from the BoardEffect home page.

Note

The below steps apply to using BoardEffect on a web-based platform.

  1. On the main display area of the BoardEffect home page, scroll down to the My Upcoming Events section. To respond to an event, select the relevant title.

  2. Select the relevant RSVP option. Depending on the meeting format for the event, you can select:

    • In-person: Attending, Tentative, or Decline

    • Virtual: Virtual, Maybe, or Decline

    • Hybrid: In Person, Virtual, Maybe, or Decline

  3. You can also choose to Add Note in your response to the organizers, including additional details about your RSVP choice.

  4. Your response is saved automatically.

  5. You can also export the event to your Outlook or Google calendar by selecting the Options icon on the far right of the event card. To learn more, refer to Export events to an external calendar.
