Deleting a book
When you delete a book, directors can no longer access the content or materials in Boards. After deleting a book, the action cannot be undone, as the materials are permanently removed from the Boards app.
Note
An alternative to deleting content is archiving books. When you archive a book, the content is available for future use within Boards. For more information, see Archiving a book .
Steps
This section describes how administrators can delete a book.

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Boards app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Boards app.
You are taken to the Bookshelf.

Select the more options icon
on the right side of a book's row.A list of options appears.

Select Delete.
A warning message appears.

To proceed, select Delete.
The book is removed from the Bookshelf, and all files and materials within the book are deleted.
