Searching for books
Search for a book to open it in the Boards app.
How it works
The Search field is available on top of the Bookshelf. The search operates by scanning the title field of books. It is not case sensitive.
The search uses AND logic, enabling precise, accurate, and focused results. For example, if you enter the search term “committee meeting”, all books that contain the word “committee” AND “meeting” are searched.
Find books
You can use Search, as well as the Sort by and Filter options to find a book on the Bookshelf.

Search books type the book title in the Search field, and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard. The search results display.

Sort books select the Sort by drop down menu. A list of options appears. Select an option from the list. The sort results display.

Filter books select Filter. The Filter panel appears. You can filter books by status and/or by committee. Select an option under Filter by status or Filter by committee, and then select Apply. The filter results display.
Steps
This section describes how to search for books using the Search tool, and then open a book.

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Boards app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Boards app.
You are taken to the Bookshelf.

Enter a book title, keyword, or phrase in the Search field.

Press Enter on your keyboard.
The search results display.

Select a book title to open it.
You'll be taken to the Build book tab.
