Copy agenda items and sections

You can copy agenda items or sections during or after a live meeting to discuss reoccurring topics and add action items to another meeting.

  1. Open the Agenda Builder.

  2. To copy an agenda item or section, from the COPY AND MOVE dropdown menu, select Copy.

  3. On the copy items page that appears, select the relevant meeting and template, enter the required information, and then select CONTINUE.

  4. Select the items that you want to copy to the new meeting and select CONTINUE.

  5. Review the items and select CONFIRM COPY.
