Edit agenda items
You can edit agenda items to manage their progress from submitted to approved. This section describes how to change the meeting, cancel the approval, duplicate the agenda item, or delete it.
Note
If you have purchased Community Essentials, you can't duplicate or delete an agenda item.
Change meeting
You can change the meeting to which an agenda item is added.

Select an agenda item to see more details.

Alternatively, on the Agenda Builder, select options
, and then select Open item. The Approve agenda item page opens.

To change the meeting, choose Select Meeting on the top left. The Change meeting dialog appears.

The current meeting is displayed by default on the Meeting dropdown menu.

Select the down arrow to view a list of the other meetings, then select a new one from the list.

Select the Section dropdown menu to select a new meeting section from the list and add the agenda item to it.

To save your changes, choose Select Meeting.
Cancel approval
You can cancel an approval to end the approval process.

Select the agenda item for which you want to cancel the approval.

To cancel the approval, select Cancel Approval on the top left. A confirmation dialog appears.

Select Cancel approval to confirm. The approval is now removed, and the agenda item is moved back to the Draft tab.
Duplicate agenda item
Note
This feature is not available with the Community Essentials offering.
You can create a copy of an agenda item by duplicating it.

To view a list of the agenda items you submitted, select the Submitted tab.

To duplicate the meeting, select the options icon on the far right of an agenda item’s row, and then select Duplicate.

The Edit agenda item page displays. The agenda item title is prepopulated in Agenda Item Title with “Copy of” inserted in front of the original agenda item title.

The Cover Report Template, Agenda item description and Recommended action fields also include original text and attachments from the agenda item. You can edit these fields as needed.

Your changes are saved automatically. The duplicate agenda item is moved to the Draft tab from where you can add it to a meeting or submit it.
Delete agenda item
Note
This feature is not available with the Community Essentials offering.
You can delete an agenda item to remove all information associated with it.
Note
You can't delete an agenda item that is approved by the entire approval group and available on a meeting agenda.

Or, on the Agenda Builder, you can select options
, and then select Open item.

To delete the agenda item, select options
on the top right.

Select Delete. A confirmation dialog displays.

Select Delete to confirm. The agenda item is no longer be available on the Agenda items page.
