Edit and format agenda text

You can update the agenda by editing the text, attaching a document, inserting a link, or adding a table.

Use the following options on the inline toolbar to edit and format text within an agenda item.

Meeting header

You can add or edit meeting headers in the agenda to make it more accessible.

  1. Select the meeting header section on the Agenda Builder.

  2. To change the formatting style, select Paragraph, Heading 1 or Heading 2 in the style picker on the inline toolbar.

  3. Select the image icon on the inline toolbar to upload a logo or image from your device.

  4. Select the placeholder icon on the inline toolbar to choose and insert placeholders in the header like meeting date, meeting name, meeting template name, organization name, meeting date and location, or the date the meeting was revised or published.

  5. Your changes are saved automatically.

Page break

You can insert a page break within an agenda item text field. The page break is visible in all versions of the agenda, including the preview, shared, and published agenda.

  1. Select an agenda item, then move the cursor to the location you want to add a page break.

  2. On the inline toolbar, select the Page break icon .

Undo and redo edit

You can undo or redo your most recent action, such as editing text or inserting an item.

  1. To undo your most recent action, select Undo on the top left of the page.

  2. Select Redo to redo your most recent action.
