About meetings and agendas
When a meeting packet, including the agenda and its supporting documents, is ready for review, the meeting administrator shares it with you and other members.
Some important details about the meeting packet:
-
A single version of the agenda is shared among all members, so everyone is on the same page. The shared version cannot be modified. Only an administrator can edit the agenda.
-
You can, however, add private notes and annotations to the shared agenda. Only you can view your notes and annotations.
-
You always have the latest shared version of the agenda, as administrator updates it.
-
Your administrator can also publish a version of the agenda on your Public site. The public version does not include member-only details, which are addressed in a closed session.
-
Both versions of the agenda, public and member-only, are archived and available for future reference.
-
Finally, if the meeting is a virtual meeting, you can join the video conference and participate remotely.
