Batch Listing: Audit

The Batch Listing contains an Audit entry for each Batch listed.

Batch Audits

For each Batch processed, a series of audit checks are performed. These audits are listed in the Audit column on the Batch Listing screen.

Individual audit checks can be accessed by selecting the Audit Trail number listed for the related Batch.

Audit Trail summary screen

The Audit Trail summary screen will list each stage of processing for the file alongside a time/date stamp. For example, the file format (.csv) will be logged during the pre-processing stage.

If a .xml file is processed, any configuration switches and settings used during file import will be logged.

Field Level Audits

Field level audits perform checks on details in specified fields. If the Field Level Audit switch is enabled during the processing of a file, The Audit Trail logs details for that Batch at a field level.

Field Level Audit details also display as a secondary count in the Audit column on the Batch Listings screen.

Selecting the number of Field Level Audit Trail entries will open the Audit Trail (Field Level) summary screen.

The Audit Trail (Field Level) summary screen displays a list of the audited Field's source (Table where the field exists), the audited Field, and an audit check Count.
