Batch Listing
The Batch Listing acts as the central point of information for Batches and Transactions.
The Batch Listing screen provides access to details and any issues or pending items requiring action, for each batch.
It is possible to determine which Batches display in the List by applying filters (located above the list). A combination of search filters can be applied to filter Batches according to a specific date range, status, user, issue level, or mode. The following filters are available:
- During the Last: Search option to display Batches within a specified time period (for example, Today, 1 week, 1 month, All Batches).
- Batch User: Search option to display Batches initiated by a specific user. Alternatively, select ALL to return all batches within the specified date range.
- Batch Mode: Search option to display either only Inbound, only Outbound, or ALL Batches.
- Transactions?: Search option to display batches according to Transaction status (for example, Pending, Cancelled, Complete, Failed).
Selecting the Any filter option will return Batches with no Transactions.
Selecting the All filter option will return all Batches, regardless of Transaction status.
Selecting the None filter option will return all Batches containing no Transactions.
- Issues?: Search option to display batches according to Issue severity level (for example, Level 20+, Level 40+, Level 100 only).
