Excel Extracts: User Extract

The DXM User Extract function exports a list of current Diligent Entities users.

User detail such as User ID, User Name, Default User Role, and associated Email will be extracted for each individual listed on the spreadsheet.

To extract the data for users:

Navigate to: System Tools > Data Exchange Manager > Other (Section) > Reports (Section) > Excel Extracts

• Select the DXM User Extract link.

The DXM User Extract (Report) wizard opens.

• From the View With dropdown menu, select the Microsoft Excel option.

• Select Finish.

The compiled extract opens in Microsoft Excel.

The extracted user detail can be used to confirm data for various users (for example, email addresses, user roles, etc.). The information can also be updated and imported back into Diligent Entities using Data Exchange Manager.
