Data Library Types – Statutory Accounts

The Statutory Accounts Data Library Type is used to store accounts information and upload related accounts documentation.

To record Statutory accounts detail:

  • Navigate to and open the record for the entity that the information is to be recorded for.
  • Select the Data Library icon and then the Finance tab.
  • Select Statutory Accounts from the list of Types available.

The Finance Department - Statutory Accounts screen displays.

  • Select New.

The New: Statutory Accounts screen displays.

Summary

Type: Ensure that the Statutory Accounts option is selected.

Status: Select a status for this record (if applicable).

Assigned to: Assign this to the user responsible for updating/verifying/authorising this record (if applicable).

Statutory Accounts

This section contains fields which are specific to the Statutory Accounts Data Library. For example, previous and current accounting reference dates, the accounts due dates, approval and signature dates, as well as filing and accounts filed (to relevant Registrar, etc.) dates. Complete these fields with the relevant information.

Attachments

Select the Wand icon to upload documents to the record (for example, accounts documentation).

  • Select Save, then Close the record.
