Declare a Public Company as Special Purpose Company
Use the Incorporation (Australia) data library to declare an Australian proprietary company as special purpose company.
In this data library, you can select superannuation trustee company and charitable purposes only company as special purpose company type for a public company.

Create a proprietary company using the Incorporation wizard or open the required incorporation record.

Select Data Library and on the Data Library page, select New.

Select Incorporation (Australia) as type and complete the Summary section.
Set a reminder for the data library record, if required. You can also assign the record to someone to manage it and enter a brief description.

In the Special Purpose Company section, select a company type in Special Purpose Company (public) and select the Declaration of Special Purpose Company option to assert that the company is compliant with Regulation 3 of the Corporation (Review Fees) Regulation 2003.

In the Governance of a Public Company section, select the Company has a Constitution option to assert that the new company has a constitution.

In the Office Hours for a Public Company section, select an option for Open for Business.
If you select the for at least 3 hours between 9am and 5pm option, further fields display to define the opening and closing times of the office hours.

In the Identify Ultimate Holding Company section, select the Identify Ultimate Holding Company checkbox if the company is a subsidiary of an ultimate holding company.

Select Save to complete the data library.
