Request Documents from ASIC
Use the Data Download Wizard to download a current company statement from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) or request ASIC to reissue an annual statement or a return of particulars.
If an ASIC registered agent is linked to a company, the annual company statement is available in EDGE and can be downloaded within 28 calendar days of the company's review date or date of issue. If the statement isn't retrieved in that time, a reissue of the annual statement can be requested in the next 32 days. After a total of 60 days, the only way to retrieve the annual statement is for ASIC to send it out manually.
If the annual statement dates are updated in the Compliance section and auto-reminders are set up, the system can alert you of due and overdue annual statements. Refer to Compliance and What is AutoReminder? for more information.
Requesting a reissue of an annual statement provides a full company statement regardless of what has been generated beforehand. This can be helpful if a previously generated current statement was missing certain details like invoices.
