Create E-Filing Reports
Run a report after electronically filing documents to view their statuses, verification errors, and rejection messages in one place.

Go to Working Documents > Electronic Filing and select an option under Filings Made, for example, E-Filed By Me.

Select Reports and select one of the report options.
You have two options: Efile Status List and Efile Message Receipt.
The Efile Status List report provides a list of e-filed forms with their details and current status. The Efile Message Receipt report is more detailed and includes the e-filing message.

Complete the Electronic Filing Status List or the Electronic Filing Message Receipt wizard.
On the Options page of the Electronic Filing Status List wizard, select the Received & Accepted with attention needed (UK Only) option if you want to generate a list of the forms with Accepted with Amendments status that contains the amendments Companies House sent. Use the Show Fee Paid (State of Delaware Only) option for companies in Delaware, United States. Skip this page for other jurisdictions.

On the Report page of the wizard, you have the following options:

The Save Report to Working Documents option to save the generated report

The View With field to select an app to view the report immediately

The Save report settings option to save the report selections. Any report settings you save will be available on the first page of the wizard.
The Electronic Filing Message Receipt report displays data on a separate page for each document.
