Jurisdiction Support Types
Diligent Entities provides different levels of support for legal entities across different geographical jurisdictions.
Support is determined according to whether a country is designated as a:
- Non-Supported Jurisdiction
- Supported Jurisdiction (Standard)
- Supported Jurisdiction (Enhanced)
Non-Supported Jurisdictions
For those countries designated as Non-Supported Jurisdictions, only default and basic entity types are provided. No country specific validations are configured for these entity types. Creation and configuration of both entity types and validations, in addition to legal compliance regarding their use, is solely the client's responsibility. No country specific forms, registers or reports are provided.
Supported Jurisdictions
For those countries designated as Supported Jurisdictions, support provided will vary according to whether they are additionally designated as Standard or Enhanced.
Standard jurisdiction support provides country specific entity types and validations that can be further customised and localised by clients. Statutory registers and forms are restricted to those currently listed.
Enhanced jurisdiction support provides country specific entity types and validations that can be customised and localised by clients. Statutory registers and forms, a custom template facility for adding and amending reports, and additional reporting capabilities are provided alongside access to e-filing, the automation of key statutory forms currently listed in this document and subject to availability, the provision of localisation/language support (where agreed with clients).
