Change Number of Search Results in People Search

Administrators can change the limit of search results in the People Search in the company Mapping Tool.

By default, the company Mapping Tool is set to limit the number of individuals it returns upon search to 500.

To update this setting:

  1. Go to System Tools > SMCR Solution.

  2. Select Document Templates (Mappings).

  3. Find the SC-MAPPING-CFG template and choose the document name to download it.

  4. Create a backup copy before making any changes to the file.

  5. Change the value for [{SET}SC_RecLimit=100] as required.

  6. When you're done editing the template, save it and upload the amended template by selecting the wand.

  7. Complete the Replace Document Template wizard.
