Configure Review Pane Fields

Administrators can change which fields display on the Review Pane using the Data Library Painter.

By default, the following configurable fields are shown on the Review Pane.

In addition to the fields above, the list of entities and any attached documents connected to the certification record are shown on the Review Pane.

To enable the Data Library Painter:

  1. Go to System Tools > Toolbox > Configuration Manager > Menus.

  2. Select the wand in the Visibility column for the Data Library Painter to change its visibility.

To change the fields that are shown:

  1. Go to System Tools > Data Library > Data Library Painter.

  2. Select the Blueprint SMCR Solution - Certification as category and select SMCR – Certified People as type.

  3. Add or remove fields as needed.

    1. To remove a selected field, select the x at the end of the row of numbers in the column to the right of Color Prompt.

    2. To add a field, select the 1 in the row of numbers in the column to the right of Color Prompt. This adds it to the Color Prompt column as 1-1.

Once all configurations have been done, the Data Library Painter should be hidden again.
