View or Edit a Certification Record
The process administrator can view and edit existing certification records from the Certification Regime Manager page.
To access this page, select SMCR in the Global Banner, then select the Certifications tab.
To open a record for viewing or editing, select the Open Folder icon located adjacent to the record. Once the record is open, select Edit and make all the necessary amendments to the record.
Select Save once completed, to save your changes.
Adding Custom Fields
The self-declaration is based on a certification record. To add fields to this record, go to System Tools > Data Library. Open the certification record data library by selecting the folder next to the name SC_CERT_GB1.
To add new fields, select New Field. It is very important that any existing fields are not deleted. They can be hidden by changing the visibility of the field, but they should not be deleted.
