Regions

Regions allow you to filter and report on groups of Companies in a specific region of a country.

The system has predefined regions for the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Canada. However, you can define further regions by selecting this option in the List Manager.

  • Select the country the region applies to.
  • Enter a Quick Reference (no more than 3 characters) and a Description.
  • Select Finish.
  • Defining regions also allow you to select a specific region when inputting a Company, which subsequently allows you to filter for Companies in a particular region.
