Download a document

The Document tab in Diligent Equity supports the storage of cap table related documentation such as Board Notices, SPAs, Option Plan Agreements, and other Investment information. Diligent Equity supports MS Word or PDF files. With the unique tagging system you can organize your files for quick navigation.

Documents can be downloaded either one at a time or in bulk.

Note

You can downland up 45 documents at a time.

  1. Go to the Company section in the navigation sidebar and select Documents.

    Single document download

    1. Select the document you wish to download

    2. Select the more options icon .

    3. Select Download from the menu.

    Bulk document download

    1. Select all the documents you want to download.

    2. Select Download on top-right hand corner.
