Sign-up and log in
Sign-up for Diligent Equity to manage your option administration and Cap table, and run scenarios on next rounds or exits. After you have signed up, your email address and password will be your sign-in credentials.
Here we explain how you sign-up for a Diligent Equity account and then how to log in to your Account.

Sign-up
Your Diligent Equity Customer Success Manager (CSM) will provide you with a link to register for your new account. Contact them if you have not received the registration link.

Select the link provided by your CSM.
A Registration page opens.

Complete the information.

Agree to the Terms of Use, and select Submit.
You are redirected to the Diligent Equity home page, where you can begin working on your cap table.

To exit Diligent Equity, go to your profile on the toolbar and select Sign Out from the menu.
You are now logged out of your Equity account.
Log in
To access the cap table after the initial registration session, select Login at the top right corner of the introductory window and complete the steps listed below.

Enter your email address and password.

Select Login.
