Option administration workflow

Use the Diligent Equity workflow capabilities to manage your company's entire grant cycle, from downloading a list of proposed grants for Board approval to generating and distributing plan documents for electronic or manual signature. Grant and exercise notices are generated in Word format, which you can edit, download and upload as needed.

Diligent Equity is also a document repository. Documents distributed and signed using the online option administration features are automatically saved. You can also save multiple versions of grant documents and PDF copies of manually signed notices.
