Overview of KPIs

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Diligent Equity is designed so you can effectively manage and track the performance of your portfolio companies. You can input, organize, and monitor KPIs, as well as create templates to suit business needs.

There are four tabs to select from:

• Library Add, define, and organize your KPIs into groups so you can view and handle them collectively.

• TemplateCreate and manage KPI templates that have specific settings and corresponding groups. Templates can be assigned to an entire fund or specific portfolio companies.

• Status Assign templates to portfolio companies and track the editing status of KPIs ensuring that all KPI data is current and accurately reflects the performance of each company.

• Collection Enter the actual KPI values for your portfolio companies. The view in this tab is based on the specific template assigned to each company so you can set collection dates and cadence.
