Managing greenhouse gas settings
Under the Greenhouse Gas Settings tab, you can activate and include Well to Tank (WTT) emissions and the effects of radioactive forcing.
Activating Well to Tank (WTT)
Well to tank (WTT) enables organisations to account for the emissions associated with extracting, refining, and transportation of the raw fuel to the vehicle, asset or process under scrutiny. These were previously known as scope 3, total indirect Greenhouse gases. It describes the upstream impacts of the activity, and has its own set of emission factors and specific WTT listing in Scope 3.

Activating radioactive forcing effects
Radiative forcing is the term used to describe the influence of the non-CO₂ climate change effects of aviation, such as water vapour, contrails, or NOx. Including this effect can add an uplift of approximately 90% to the CO₂ emissions due to aviation.
