Accessing Diligent Connect for help and support
Diligent Connect provides learning resources like forums to connect with other Diligent users and access to training courses, this help documentation, template content, and Support.
You can log in to Diligent Connect using your Diligent One credentials.
Permissions
Any user that can access Diligent One can access Diligent Connect, as long it is not a GovCloud, trial, or training instance.
Belonging to multiple instances
- If you belong to multiple instances that are synced with the Diligent Connect database, you can specify a preferred Diligent Connect instance to log in to Diligent Connect.
- If you belong to a single instance that is synced with the Diligent Connect database, your instance is your Preferred Community Org. No additional action is required.
- If none of the instances you belong to are synced with the Diligent Connect database, you do not have access to Diligent Connect. Users that only belong to a trial or training instance do not have access to Diligent Connect.
Specify a preferred Diligent Connect instance
If you belong to multiple instances of Diligent One that are synced with the Diligent Connect database, you can specify your preferred one.

Open the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com).

Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.
- Click Update profile. This displays the Update My Profile page.
- Under Preferred Community org, select the instance you prefer to use to log into Diligent Connect.
By default, the first instance you joined is your Preferred Community org. Only Diligent One instances that are synced with the Diligent Connect database are listed.
- Click Save changes.
- Click Back to Organizations.
- Under Content & Community, click Peer Community.
Result You are logged in with your preferred Diligent Connect instance. You can check that you are correctly signed in using your preferred instance by selecting
> My Community Profile from the global navigation bar.
Access Diligent Connect
- Go to https://www.diligentoneplatform.com and sign in.
- Go to https://connect.diligent.com/.
- If you are prompted, choose the appropriate sign-in option and sign in.
Once you are signed in, you can create and manage support tickets.
Create a support ticket
Once you are signed in to Diligent Connect, create a support ticket for a new issue.
- Open the case submission page.
- Fill out the form. Be as descriptive as you can so our Support team can resolve your issue as fast as possible.
- Click Submit.
Once your ticket is created, you are taken to that ticket so you can review it. Someone from Support will review it shortly and contact you for next steps.
Find and manage your support tickets
Once you are signed in to Diligent Connect, to update or delete existing support tickets, open the cases page. From this screen, you can access all your tickets, sort them, and filter them.
Note:
You can only see tickets that belong to you.
