Customize the home page

On the Launchpad, use the Customize page option to personalize the Diligent One Platform landing page. You can add frequently used apps to the My Favorites section for quick access. Additionally, you can reorder the sections based on how often you use the apps within each one. For example, if you access apps under Issues & Reporting more frequently than those under Boards & Governance, use the Section order feature to move Issues & Reporting to the top of your page. This customization streamlines your workflow by keeping your most-used tools easily accessible.

Add your favorite apps

1. On the Launchpad, select Customize page, and then select Edit.

2. In the Customize panel that appears, under the Favorites tab, select the star icon () next to the app that you want to add as a favorite.

   You can add as many apps as you want to your favorites.

3. To rearrange the selected apps in the order that you want them to appear in the My Favorites section, click and hold the drag vertical icon () to move the app up or down the order.

4. Select Save.

   The My Favorites section of the Launchpad displays the apps that you added. You can quickly access an app by selecting it from this section.

Remove an app from My Favorites

1. On the Launchpad, select Customize page, and then select Edit.

2. In the Customize panel that appears, under the Favorites tab, cancel the selection next to the app that you want to remove from the favorites section.

3. Select Save.

Hide the favorites section

To hide the My Favorites section, on the Launchpad, select Customize page, and then select Hide favorites.

Reorder sections

1. On the Launchpad, select Customize page, and then select Edit.

2. In the Customize panel that appears, select the Section order tab.

3. From the list of sections, click and hold the drag vertical icon () to move a section up or down the order.

4. Select Save.
