Launchpad is a central location for accessing and managing everything related to your Diligent One account. Efficiently access all of your apps, locate resources, and manage your profile. Your most important and frequently used resources are reliably available throughout Diligent One with the global header and global sidebar providing consistent access.

The following list highlights what you can accomplish within Launchpad:
- Access and switch between Diligent One apps Access all of your apps through the tiles displayed on Launchpad and switch between them from the global navigation bar or from wherever you are in Diligent One.
- Find the assistance you need when you need it Access the help documentation directly from the sidebar. Contact Support or search help documentation through the Help menu button from the global navigation bar.
- Update your profile Manage your profile, password, and Profile settings from the global navigation bar.
- Explore learning resources - Discover education and training opportunities available from the Diligent Academy and Diligent Institute tiles or from the sidebar through Education & Certifications.
- Manage your organization's Diligent One account (System Admins) - Add users, manage security and permissions in Launchpad.
