With the exception of the Reports app, which you can administer in Launchpad, you must grant user access within the app itself.
The apps available to you depend on the edition of HighBond (standard or premium) in use, and whether or not your organization has purchased any add-on apps. For more information, see Subscriptions, editions, and capabilities.
How permissions work
Privileges and roles define the types of permissions a user has in accessing apps. Permissions can include tasks such as managing settings, and adding, viewing, editing, or deleting data. A user can have varying privileges and roles in different apps.
Privileges and roles are specific to each app. For example, a Professional Manager in the Projects app does not have the same access as a Professional Manager in the Results app. A user can have varying permissions in different apps.

Permissions in other apps
The Projects app relates to a variety of other HighBond apps. Once you provision user access in the Projects app, users will be granted the same privileges and roles in the following apps:

- Mission Control
- Issue Tracker
- Task Tracker
