Adding an issue
Any Diligent One user can add an issue. You can save an issue as a draft to complete later. After you submit an issue, it cannot be edited.
Caution
Do not share confidential information, such as Protected Health Information
(PHI), Personally Identifiable information (PII), or other personal or organization protected information, in an issue. A submitted issue cannot be changed.

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Issue Manager app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Issue Manager app.
- Select Add Issue and enter the following details:

Field | Description |
Issue title |
Provide a short and clear summary of the issue. This one-line title helps users quickly identify the issue in lists and notifications. Note Issue title cannot be edited later. |
Issue type | Select a type that best describes the nature of the issue (For example, UI Bug, Data Error, Security, Performance). This helps classify and prioritize the issue. |
Related org unit | Specify the individuals, teams, applications, or systems affected by the issue. Use keywords or identifiers to filter and select related org unit. |
Description | Provide a clear and concise summary of the issue. Include what was expected versus what occurred, along with any relevant context or steps to reproduce. |
Attachments | Upload supporting files that illustrate or help explain the issue. Drag and drop or browse files to attach. |
When an issue is submitted, a unique Issue ID is automatically generated. Issue Manager sends you an email confirming that your issue has been successfully submitted. The newly submitted issue is added to the issue list.
