Resetting or changing your password
You can reset your password if you forget the password you use to sign in to Launchpad. You can also change the password you use to sign in to HighBond.
HighBond includes a security setting that determines whether passwords meet complexity requirements. For more information, see Diligent Security.
If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) to log in to HighBond, you need to reset or change your password within your SSO Identity Provider. Launchpad will not allow you to reset or change your password this way.
Reset your password
Reset your password if you cannot remember it.
- Go to highbond.com.
- Click Reset password.
- Enter the email address associated with your HighBond account and click Send reset instructions.
- Check your email inbox for a message with instructions for changing your password. Email notifications are sent from email@example.com unless your company has set up a custom sender. For more information, see Set up a custom email sender.
Change your password
You should change your password periodically to improve security.
- Open Launchpad.
- If your company uses more than one instance in Launchpad, make sure the appropriate instance is active.
- Select > My Profile.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password and type in your new password twice.
- Click Change password.
